To help us provide the best possible care for all our patients, we kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Same-Day Cancellations:

If you cancel your appointment on the day it is scheduled, we will retain your deposit as a missed appointment fee. This is because it's often challenging to fill the spot at such short notice.

Cancellations 24-48 Hours in Advance:

If you need to cancel your appointment between 24-48 hours before the scheduled time, we can retain your deposit on your account. You are welcome to use this deposit towards rescheduling a new appointment at your convenience.
